Label math, made visible.
Fiber Goal Planner is an independent educational utility. It multiplies the dietary-fiber amount entered for each serving by servings consumed, adds the rows, and compares the result with a goal you control.
Why the default is 28g
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration lists 28 grams as the Daily Value for dietary fiber, based on a 2,000-calorie diet. Daily Value is a food-label reference, not a personalized prescription. Calorie needs, age, health conditions, medications, pregnancy, and clinician advice may change what is appropriate.
